7 months

okay i realize that I am a few days behind here, but we've been pretty busy......tam's been out of town for work, which means I have no time to get on the internet at home

kai turned 7 months on Tuesday (2/6), and what a big boy he is now!! he is now crawling all over the place....gone are the days when we could leave him unattended for a few min on the floor with his toys! I did this the other day not knowing just how quickly he could get around..well, i came back into the living room to find him chewing on the computer cord....he's also now sitting up in his crib, i layed him down to nap and came back into his room to find him sitting up playing with his blanket!!!

kai had a bad couple of days about a week ago, could not seem to kick a bad cold he had gotten...it was tough on the little guy, but he's finally coming around...

kai seems to be pretty advanced for his age ( i know, bragger mom again)....but there are 3 babies in his daycare that are all July 06 babies, and he's doing more than all of them...none can crawl but him, and 2 of them need help to sit up...he also is alot more verbal (this can be a bad thing)....kai talks ALOT...not words of course, just babbles on and on..sometimes VERY loudly, most of the time in public...i think it's adorable, but sometimes he gets to screaming in a quiet place, and we get some angry stares....oh well, he's only going to be a baby once, so i try to enjoy it!!!

it was almost a year ago (2/13/2006) that we found out our baby was going to be a boy...i remember we were pretty shocked, we thought we were having a girl for sure! I wondered what kai's personailty would be like, what he wouldook like, etc...it's so fun to now see him grow and turn into a little boy....

what a difference a few months makes?

I took some pics of Kai last night in his high hair, they are almost identical to the pics i took back when he was 4 months old (he is 6.5 months now)....look how much he has changed! I think he looks more like his dad now???? the top pic is the one from yesterday.
