Fort Worth "Parade of Lights"

The three of us went to the parade on Friday night....Kai, after getting a rough start with a FIERCE temper tantrum, had a GREAT time. There were horses, marching bands, lights, Santa....all things he is in awe of these days. It was pretty cold outside but we wrapped him up pretty good and I don't think he even noticed the cold weather.

Thanksgiving 2007

This year we spent Thanksgiving day with Tam's side and we had a good time! Tam got to play with his cousins Jude, Joss and Kenrie. Kai had his fair share of Thanksgiving food, his favorite seemed to be the sweet potatoes and the buttermilk pie....do you see a pattern here? Can you say "like mother like son"......yeah we have a thing with sweets me and Kai. Here's some pics of Kai on Turkey Day.

ahhhh yes, more football....

seems like we're always at a game or watching a game on TV these days!! I don't think there's anyway Kai will grow up and NOT like football, between his dad's Coyboys (Wyoming), his mom's Cowboys (OK State) and his dad's OTHER Cowboys (Dallas). Tam told Kai a while back "Kai, the Cowboy is the only mascot you'll ever need to know!"...so true! The kid does not stand a chance at not being a fanatic like his dad. So far he seems to love football, much more so in person. Kai has really enjoyed this football season and going to his aunt KiKi's games (she cheers). He mostly loves running around the bleachers, but sometimes he'll sit and watch the game and say "ball" and point over and over and over. Here's some pics of last week's Aledo playoff game, when it was actually cold for about 5 seconds.

goofing around

dad's out of town for a few days so me and kai went to dinner with Honey and KiKi. We went to Pei Wei, Kai got his usual, the honey seared chicken. He was occupied for a while with the chop sticks, after he got bored with that he colored in his "Peanuts" coloring book.
