weekend trip to the beach

We took a 3 day weekend trip to Port Aransas few weekends ago.....although we had some sick kids and money was stolen from my in-laws, all in all, the trip was a blast! Kai got to enjoy some time on the beach and he was a huge fan~! He loved all things Ocean...the sand, the shells, the sandcastles, the waves, all of it.....Jaymes took long naps under the tent both days...I think the heat and the constant sound of the waves made her very sleepy. Here's a few pics from the weekend, I esp love the one where Kai is holding Jaymes in front of him.....JJ is making the worst "I am going to kick your butt" face.....she seriously looks like a wrestler
